The controller of your personal data is WTW Services Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw (02-672) at 34a Domaniewska Street (hereinafter referred to as WTW).
For what purpose and on what basis do we process your data?
Your personal data, will be processed for the purposes of:
- contacting you in relation to your contacting us by telephone or you sending us an email or making an enquiry in any other form. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data for contact purposes is Article 6(1)(f) RODO, where the legitimate legal interest is to conduct communication with persons who have requested information from WTW. The provision of data is not mandatory, but necessary for proper communication between you and WTW; or
- marketing WTW on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) RODO, where the legitimate interest is to send you marketing information regarding WTW's offer. The provision of data is not mandatory, but is necessary in order to provide an offer or receive information or marketing material concerning WTW's activities.
WTW will share your personal data with other recipients entrusted with the processing of personal data on behalf of and for the benefit of WTW. Your personal data may also be shared with other recipients insofar as such an obligation arises by law and to group companies on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) RODO, where WTW's legitimate interest is to ensure the maintenance of business relationships and the proper performance of contracts.
Your data may be transferred to third countries and international organisations insofar as the entities established in these countries adequately safeguard your personal data, i.e. if the European Commission has recognised that such country provides an adequate level of data protection or if this is based on mechanisms providing an equivalent level of protection, primarily Standard Contractual Clauses or Binding Corporate Rules. How long will we process your data?
Your personal data will be processed for the duration of the exchange of messages between you and WTW, but no longer than required by law or until you object. You can object by sending an email to ochronadanych-wtws@wtwco.com.
What rights do you have?
You are entitled to:
- access your personal data and receive a copy of the personal data being processed;
- to rectify your inaccurate data;
- request the erasure of your data (right to be forgotten) in the circumstances provided for in Article 17 of the RODO;
- request the restriction of data processing in the cases indicated in Article 18 RODO;
- to object to the processing of your data in the cases indicated in Article 21 RODO;
- portability of the data provided, processed by automated means.
If you believe that your personal data is being processed unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).
